These terms govern your use of this website, which is operated by UnLock’d Training Ecosystem, LLC (UTE, we, or us). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About this site

This site describes UTE and its services for organizations. The information is general. It is not a binding offer, and it is not legal, financial, or human resources advice.

Engagements with UTE

Engagements with UTE, including Solutions and Custom Engagements, are set out in a written agreement or order between UTE and your organization. If that agreement differs from this site, the agreement controls. Descriptions and published prices on this site may change.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• Misuse the site or interfere with how it works.

• Try to gain unauthorized access to the site, the Client Portal, or related systems.

• Copy, scrape, or reuse site content in bulk.

• Use the site to send unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.

• Pretend to be another person or organization.

Client Portal

The Client Portal is for authorized users of client organizations. Keep your sign-in details confidential, and tell your Customer Success Manager if you suspect unauthorized use. Your engagement agreement also applies to your use of the Client Portal.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, videos, graphics, and the UTE and UnLock’d names and logos, belong to UTE or its licensors. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, modify, or reuse its content without our written permission. Ownership of materials created during an engagement is set out in your agreement.

What you send us

Information you send through our contact form is used as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not include confidential or sensitive personal information in the form. We can discuss how to share that safely during discovery.

Links to other sites

This site may link to or embed content from other providers. We do not control those sites or content, and their terms and policies apply when you use them.

Disclaimers

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that it will be error free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, UTE disclaims all implied warranties.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, UTE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit. Liability for services is governed by your engagement agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when the current version took effect. By continuing to use the site after an update, you accept the updated terms.
