Responsible AI
UTE combines human expertise with technology to deliver learning and communication that works. That partnership includes being clear about how information is handled, how AI supports the work, and where human accountability stays involved.
AI and your content
AI helps our team work efficiently. How information is processed, retained, or used for model improvement depends on the service and its settings. Confidentiality requirements need to be agreed before client materials enter an AI workflow.
Human expertise stays involved
Technology supports the work. Human expertise guides it. UTE reviews AI-assisted content for accuracy, relevance, and fit. Your subject matter experts review organization-specific information before updated materials are released.
Consent comes first
We require permission before using a person’s likeness or voice in AI-generated content. We do not support impersonation or deceptive use. Materials must respect the rights of the people and organizations represented.
Responsible AI means thoughtful review
Responsible AI includes attention to context, representation, and accessibility. Human review helps identify misleading statements, stereotypes, or content that does not fit the audience. The goal is learning that respects the people receiving it.
Retention and deletion
Storage and deletion timelines depend on the relevant platforms and project arrangements. Your Customer Success Manager can help with retention questions, access removal, or deletion requests. Backups, safety logs, and legal requirements may affect when deletion is completed.
