Your culture in the content
The experience reflects your voice, your priorities, and how your organization works, so new talent can connect the guidance to the environment they are joining.
Help new talent find their footing and get ready for the work.
Every new role comes with more than a list of tasks. New talent need to understand how your organization works, what matters to your culture, and what their role requires. Delivering that consistently takes time your HR, Operations and Compliance, and Learning and Development teams may already be short on. UnLock’d LaunchPad gives onboarding a clear structure shaped around your organization. UTE builds role-specific pathways and multi-format learning and communication assets, with your dedicated Customer Success Manager guiding the process and ongoing refinement.
Let’s TalkWhen guidance lives across scattered materials and repeated explanations, the experience can change from one role or location to the next. Your internal experts spend time covering the same ground, while new talent try to connect the information to the work in front of them. LaunchPad brings that knowledge into a consistent program, helping your team strengthen what already works and fill the gaps that make onboarding harder than it needs to be.

Role-specific pathways organize what talent need to understand and practice. Instructional design and creative delivery help the information feel relevant to their work.
Comprehension and retention checks over time help your team see where learning is sticking and where reinforcement is needed. Content can be refined as your processes and expectations change.

We start with a discovery call to understand your culture, onboarding process, and the roles you need to support. A free Project built with your content gives you a chance to see our work in action. From there, we define the scope, refine existing materials, and create what is missing with your team’s input.
Progress tracking and reporting help your team see how talent are moving through the program and where more support is needed. Learning results can be considered alongside your own operational measures, such as time to perform defined tasks or the need for repeated guidance, to evaluate the program’s impact.
Bring onboarding into the conversation. Add a live, UTE-facilitated onboarding session each month to give new talent time to discuss what they’ve learned, work through relevant situations, and ask questions. Sessions are built around your approved onboarding content and culture, with your team’s subject matter input where needed. In-person half-day and full-day sessions are available, including relevant situational simulations and Q&A. Your subject matter experts contribute organization-specific expertise where needed. Available as an optional LaunchPad add-on. Scope and investment are discussed during your consultation.

Tell us where onboarding needs support. We’ll help you shape the program around your talent, your culture, and the work they need to do.
